For custom-made orders, such as custom belts and barricade jackets, there is an additional 1-2 week lead time to design and create your item. No signature is needed for a large number of our products. However, for any products that ship via freight, such as steel barricades, a person must be present to receive the items.
With our price match guarantee, we promise to match the price of any competitor if you find someone selling our products cheaper. However, we can only offer this for similar or identical products, as the quality and specifications play a significant role in determining whether we can match a price.
