Shipping Costs/Times and Returns Information
Hours of operation
Our normal hours of operation are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
How long does it take to get what you order?
Two factors determine how long it takes to receive your orders:
1. How quickly will it ship? Items that are in stock will ship within 1-3 business days. Other items that need to be manufactured will usually ship within 5 to 10 days. If you want to check on the lead time before placing your order, please call us at 855-481-7500.
2. How long will it be in transit? Orders shipped via FedEx Ground or common carrier (truck) typically arrive within 1 to 7 business days after leaving the factory. Expidited shipping services, such as 2nd day air, may be available on some orders. Please note that shipping times are estimated and Crowd Control Depot cannot be responsible for delayed deliveries by freight carriers.

Shipping charges
Prices for our products do not include freight costs, which are always additional and will be added to your order at the time of invoice.
We always ship via the most economical method available to us, unless you specify otherwise. We receive significant discounts from our shipping partners, and we pass along that savings to you! If you would like to know the freight cost prior to placing an order, please feel free to contact us at 855-481-7500. You, the customer, are always responsible for any additional freight costs incurred from re-deliveries to corrected addresses or items returned to our factories due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided on orders.
International shipments are likely to be subject to additional customs and/or duty fees that are not included in our shipping costs. Such costs will be billed directly to you by UPS or Fedex unless you specify your customs broker to handle the transaction.

We ship to the U.S. and Canada.
Payment options
Established customers with good credit may apply for Net 30 terms. All other customers must pay by VISA, Mastercard, or American Express. Please call us at 855-481-7500 to discuss your options. We welcome purchase orders from schools, governmental facilities, and other public facilities.
Returns/Cancellations
Before returning any item, please call us at (855) 481-7500 or email to [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how and where to return the product.
We reserve the right not to accept merchandise returned after 30 days of the issuance of an RMA. Crowd Control Depot will not accept items returned without an RMA number.
Please note that returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge in addition to any freight costs incurred. Custom items may not be returned.
Warranty Repairs/Replacements
If a product arrives defective or become defective during the manufacturer’s warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. Please call us for help in this situation.
What to do if your shipment arrives damaged
Please inspect your order immediately upon its arrival; if the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier or make a notation on the proof of delivery slip the items are damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment you must inform us immediately as claims for damaged goods must be presented to the carrier within two (2) days of receipt. Crowd Control Depot will not be responsible for visible shipment damage not reported to us within two (2) days of receipt.
If the packaging is undamaged but there is “hidden damage” to the products inside the packaging, contact Crowd Control Depot within two (2) days of receipt. We cannot accept “hidden damage” claims after this period. After receipt of your order, please ensure all boxes are and the contents are checked for inaccuracies as Crowd Control Depot must be notified of any shortages or other order problems opened within two (2) days of receipt.
