Removable base stanchions are designed for permanent queue layout but where the stanchion needs to be removed from time to time. This can be because the queue is not in use, to allow floor cleaning or simply to provide access to the queue area. The system uses a floor socket that is set into the floor which the stanchion slides into. This system has the advantage of being fixed, the stanchion cannot be knocked out of alignment or moved by the public. However, the removable base option offers the flexibility of being able to remove the stanchion.
The QueuePro 250 Fixed features a sleek, contemporary design with the belt mechanism housed inside the 2.5” diameter post. Standard features include a belt brake for slow, safe belt retraction and a belt lock to prevent unintended belt release. Standard belt length is 11’with a 13’ option. Choose from our range of 50+ stock belt colors or we can custom print the belt to your requirements.
The QueuePro 250 Fixed can be ordered in three stock finishes, black, polished stainless steel and satin stainless steel. Alternatively, we can customize the post and base with one of our specialized metal finishes such as Statuary Bronze, Pewter Nickel or Antique Brass.
