RollerSafety is designed to alleviate the problem of having to move heavy stanchions by lifting and carrying them. This rolling safety belt barrier has a roller set into the base so the stanchion can be easily moved by simply tilting the post onto the roller and then pushing it using the post head. Ideal for fast set up, this model is ideal where barriers are set up and taken down frequently.
The twin belt design of the RollerSafety Twin is a far more effective barrier for restricting access than a single belt barrier. Single belt stanchions provide a visual guide to pedestrians whereas a twin belt stanchion forms an actual barrier. This model is recommended for higher security areas where the need to stop people ducking under the belt is particularly important.
This rolling safety belt barrier offers the durability of steel construction and a cast iron base, ideal for work areas such as factories and warehouses. Its belt mechanism is protected by being housed inside the 2.5” diameter post. Standard features include a belt brake for slow, safe belt retraction, a belt lock to prevent unintended belt release, and a full circumference floor protector. Standard belt length is 11’ with a 13’ option, this is almost 50% longer than the industry standard 7.5’ belt. Longer belts require fewer stanchions, reducing purchase cost, set up times and the storage space needed when the stanchion is not in use. The RollerSafety Twin is designed for indoor use.
