This triple belt removable safety barrier is designed for permanent barrier layouts but where the stanchion needs to be removed from time to time. The system uses a floor socket that is set into the floor which the stanchion slides into. The removable base has the advantage of being fixed, the stanchion cannot be knocked out of alignment and takes very little floor space. However, this base type offers the flexibility of being able to remove the stanchion when needed.
The triple belt design is unique to the SafetyPro range and provides the best physical barrier of any retractable belt barrier on the market. Three belts ensure that pedestrians will not duck under or climb through the belts. This triple belt removable safety barrier is recommended for higher security areas where the need to stop people ducking under the belt is particularly important. The SafetyPro Triple is significantly lower in cost than panels or other types of rigid barrier while its retractable feature makes it faster and easier to set up.
A distinctive feature of the SafetyPro Triple is its three piece post. With the simple removal of four screws the post can be separated into three parts giving access to the lower belt cassettes. This enables users to replace the lower belts in the field without having to return the stanchion to the manufacturer.
SafetyPro Triple has the key safety features of a brake system for slow, safe belt retraction and a lock to prevent accidental belt release. Visibility is paramount for a triple belt removable safety barrier to delineate restricted areas effectively. SafetyPro Triple is available in three vivid color options, yellow, red and orange. OSHA defines the use of these colors as yellow for caution, red for danger and orange as warning of equipment in use.
