Manufactured with tough PVC housing, the ConePro 500 is a cone top belt barrier designed to fit most brands of heavy duty, weighted traffic cone. Simply place ConePro on the cone, extend the belt and connect to the next ConePro in line. ConePro turns a line of cones into a single continuous barrier making a far more effective barrier for restricting access than just a line of cones.
Featuring a standard 10’ belt with a 12’ option, ConePro provides a very long barrier for its compact size and 1lb weight. This makes ConePro by far the most space efficient barrier system available. Easy to store and transport, ConePro is ideal for use with mobile service crews who must carrier barriers in their vehicle and erect safety cordons before commencing work.
ConePro has the key safety features of a brake system for controlled belt retraction and a lock to prevent accidental belt release. The unit is available in four colors, orange, yellow, green and blue and these can be matched with any of our 50 stock belt options. Our stock belts include solid colors, high visibility stripes and preprinted safety messages. Alternatively have our in-house printing department custom print your safety message, warning symbols or even company logo.
Designed for outdoor use this cone top belt barrier is fully weatherproof. The belt is a ½ millimeter thick woven nylon material that won’t fray, break or pucker for the lifetime of the product. ConePro is designed for use with 10lb weighted traffic cones, for added stability in windy conditions an additional cone weight is recommended.
