Our 10x orange safety barrier bundle is made up of our SafetyMaster 450 stanchion and a 12 post storage cart. The SafetyMaster 450 features a yellow PVC post and concrete filled galvanized steel base. This construction allows us to keep costs low while providing the performance and features of higher priced stanchions. SafetyMaster is fully weatherized and suitable for outdoor use. Most economy stanchions come with a 6.5’ or 7.5’ belt. The SafetyMaster has an 11ft belt, longer belts reduce the number of stanchions needed, reducing purchase cost, set up time and the amount of storage space needed when the stanchions are not in use.
SafetyMaster has the key safety features of a brake system for slow, safe belt retraction and a lock to prevent accidental belt release. The base on the SafetyMaster stanchion is galvanized for long term outdoor use and is supplied with a tough ABS base cover that is replaceable. For indoor use the SafetyMaster also features a rubber floor protector. This is a heavy duty rubber ring stretched around the circumference of the base and will last the life of the stanchion. The full circumference design provides the best floor protection of any stanchion on the market. No matter what direction the stanchion is rolled or dragged the full circumference design gives protection to flooring.
The storage cart included in this 10x orange safety barrier bundle has the capacity to transport and store up to 12 stanchions at one time. Manufactured from heavy gauge steel, this cart has padded racks to protect the stanchions and rubber bumpers to protect walls. A convenient storage tray is included. 6” diameter wheels have two steering and two locking wheels for stability while the cart is being loaded and unloaded.
