This twin belt removable safety barrier is designed for permanent barrier layouts but where the stanchion needs to be removed from time to time. The system uses a floor socket that is set into the floor which the stanchion slides into. The removable base has the advantage of being fixed, the stanchion cannot be knocked out of alignment and takes very little floor space. However, this base type offers the flexibility of being able to remove the stanchion when needed.
The twin belt design of the SafetyPro Twin 250 provides a far more effective barrier for restricting access than a single belt stanchion. Single belt stanchions provide a visual guide to pedestrians whereas a twin belt stanchion forms an actual barrier. This model is recommended for higher security areas where the need to stop people ducking under the belt is particularly important.
A twin belt removable safety barrier needs high visibility to delineate restricted areas effectively. SafetyPro 250 is available in three vivid color options, yellow, red and orange. OSHA defines the use of these colors as yellow for caution, red for danger and orange as warning of equipment in use. These post colors can be matched with one of our 50+ belt options. These include solid colors, high visibility stripes and a range of preprinted safety messages. If none of these options meet your requirements our inhouse printing department can custom print your specific safety message, colors or logo.
