This 35ft Removable Safety Barrier is designed for permanent barrier layouts but where the stanchion needs to be removed from time to time. The system uses a floor socket that is set into the floor which the stanchion slides into. The removable base has the advantage of being fixed, the stanchion cannot be knocked out of alignment and takes very little floor space. However, this base type offers the flexibility of being able to remove the stanchion when needed.
Part of our SafetyPro range the 335 model was introduced for forming very long safety barriers and cordons which traditionally require a large number of stanchions. The 35’ belt length available on this model only requires a quarter the number of stanchions needed with the industry standard 7.5’ belt. Fewer stanchions mean reduced purchase cost, set up times and storage space needed when the stanchion is not in use.
This 20 – 35ft removable safety barrier has the key safety features of a brake system for slow, safe belt retraction and a lock to prevent accidental belt release. SafetyPro 335 is available in three vivid color options, yellow, red and orange. OSHA defines the use of these colors as yellow for caution, red for danger and orange as warning of equipment in use.
