Part of our WeatherMaster range the 300 model was introduced for forming long safety barriers and cordons which traditionally require a large number of stanchions. The 16ft weatherproof belt barrier belt length on this model halves the number of stanchions needed with the industry standard 7.5’ belt. Fewer stanchions mean reduced purchase cost, set up times and storage space needed when the stanchion is not in use.
WeatherMaster is a tough portable barrier ideal for restricting access to work areas. This model features a heavy duty rubber base with a curved shape to reduce trip hazard and allow forklifts and pallet trucks to roll over it. The base also has carry handles for easy movement and being made of rubber cannot rust. The large 19” diameter of the base keeps the stanchion stable even in windy conditions without the need for excessive weight. This 16ft weatherproof belt barrier has a steel post for durability which is powder coated for weather proofing. Its belt mechanisms are protected by being housed inside the 3” diameter post.

This 16ft weatherproof belt barrier has the key safety features of a brake system for slow, safe belt retraction and a lock to prevent accidental belt release. Visibility is paramount to delineate restricted areas effectively. SafetyPro 300 is available in three vivid color options, yellow, red and orange as well as black. OSHA defines the use of these colors as yellow for caution, red for danger and orange as warning of equipment in use.
