The twin belt design of the WeatherMaster Twin 300 is a far more effective barrier for restricting access than a single belt barrier. Single belt stanchions provide a visual guide to pedestrians whereas a twin belt stanchion forms an actual barrier. This long belt weatherproof barrier is recommended for higher security areas where the need to stop people ducking under the belt is particularly important.
Part of our WeatherMaster range, this long belt weatherproof barrier was introduced for forming extended safety barriers and cordons which traditionally require a large number of stanchions. The 16’ belt length on this model more than halves the number of stanchions needed with the industry standard 7.5’ belt. Fewer stanchions reduce purchase cost, set up times and the storage space needed when the stanchion is not in use.
WeatherMaster is a tough portable barrier ideal for restricting access to work areas. This model features a heavy duty rubber base with a curved shape to reduce trip hazard and allow forklifts and pallet trucks to roll over it. The base also has carry handles for easy movement and being made of rubber cannot rust. The large 19” diameter of the base keeps the stanchion stable even in windy conditions without the need for excessive weight. This long belt weatherproof barrier has a steel post for durability which is powder coated for weather proofing. Its belt mechanisms are protected by being housed inside the 3” diameter post.
A distinctive feature of the SafetyPro Twin is its two piece post. With the simple removal of four screws the post can be separated in the center giving access to the lower belt cassette. This enables users to replace the lower belt in the field without having to return the stanchion to the manufacturer.

This long belt weatherproof barrier has the key safety features of a brake system for slow, safe belt retraction and a lock to prevent accidental belt release. Visibility is paramount to delineate restricted areas effectively. WeatherMaster 300 is available in three vivid color options, yellow, red and orange as well as black. OSHA defines the use of these colors as yellow for caution, red for danger and orange as warning of equipment in use.
